Millie's Party Dress

Every little girl needs a party dress.  Why?  To play in the sandbox of course!  Not really.  I made Amelia a dress that I wanted to make for Mathilda when she was little, so I'm only behind on my sewing by about 5 years or so!  The dress was actually inspired by a dress that Mattie wore for her 2nd birthday, so that's why I think of it as a party dress.  I like the way it turned out, and I think she'll wear it to church tomorrow if I get it off of her before she goes to the sandbox!
