Peanut Butter and Jelly Factory

We should buy stock in Jif I think. Summer is usually a great time for light eating...light in the way of not hard to make, not really cooked, but we've reached a new level of easy. Baseball happens six days a week...five nights and one morning every week. We're only two weeks into summer and already we've gone through at least 5 big (I mean BIG) jars of peanut butter. That is the meal of choice in our home. Lunch of course. That's not really different from the rest of the year, but now it is breakfast and supper too. We've even made them in the car on the way home from a baseball game. We've had them grilled, with slices of apples, with cashew butter, with honey, honey and bananas, toasted...you name it, we've done it! We've even had peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and used pancakes instead of bread!
